The cleaning sequence of octopus is: put it in water to clean → remove teeth → remove internal organs → remove skin → clean again. The reasons for cleaning and cooking are as follows:

② The skin of octopus has a strong smell, so if it is used for frying, you must tear off the black skin. ?

3 Blanch octopus before frying, so that it won't come out when frying, and the fried octopus tastes crisp and delicious. ?

④ Octopus is not fire-resistant, and fire is not allowed when frying.
