Ingredients: flour125g, baking powder10g, 235ml of milk, 3 egg yolks and 3 egg whites.
Practice:
1, in a medium bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then mix in the milk and egg yolk and stir well.
2. Use a large glass bowl or a metal bowl to beat the eggs until they are high. Then add 1/3 egg white to the batter, and then quickly beat the rest into the batter and mix well.
3. Put a little oil in a frying pan or wok and heat it with medium-high heat. Spoon about 1/4 cups into the frying pan as a pancake. Fry both sides and eat while they are hot.
