Ingredients
1 squid, 2 garlic sprouts, 1 chili, 5 grams minced garlic, 5 grams minced ginger, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1/2 salt tsp, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp black vinegar
Method
1. Soak the squid in salt water (the amount must cover the squid ) for one night.
