Steps of roasting fish in home version

Shred sour bamboo shoots, chop sauerkraut, cut leeks, and wash bean sprouts for later use.

Fry peanuts in advance.

Fry the soybeans in advance.

Tilapia cut in half. Salt on both sides. Prepare to fry the fish in the pan, (fry only one side, don't fry the meat inside. )

Fry in the pan twice. Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan over medium heat, cover the pan, keep the pan on medium heat, and don't open the pan, so that there is water in it to fry. This is called water fried fish. About 3 minutes, open the lid, sprinkle cumin powder on the fish and continue frying. For one minute, still cover the fish and fry it. So is the other half.
