skill
A. There are bagged taro balls and a bag of osmanthus in the freezer of Shanghai supermarket, which is only a few dollars. It is just right to make taro balls with wine. If there is no ready-made, you can also buy taro and dig it with a ball digger. This needs some trouble. The taro should be cooked purple and glutinous, and the white taro will be watery when cooked.
B. Whether to add rock sugar to the wine depends on everyone's taste and whether the wine bought is sweet enough. Taro that is not sweet enough is not delicious enough.
