2. stew the beans for a long time after adding water. If they feel a little hard in the end, you can pour some water in. The premise is to ensure that the beans are completely perfect, otherwise it is very easy to get food poisoning. Little friends who have no work experience can try to use peas and potatoes several times, or blanch the beans in advance;
How much soup is poured determines the hardness of noodles. Personally, I like the soft glutinous braised noodles, which is good for digestion and absorption. The endless braised noodles will not harden after reheating, and the taste is still very good.
4. Finally, sprinkle with minced garlic and add sesame oil to add icing on the cake. It is best not to omit it. Even the braised noodles of other vegetables and fruits are delicious. Just chop the garlic slightly without careful cutting, so that the minced garlic added before is very easy to paste, and the finally cooked garlic has no taste and fragrance;
5. Braised noodles are cooked with steam, so keep a slow fire. In the process of stewing, you need to pay attention to the remaining soup, and you need to rotate it into the pot from time to time to let the surrounding noodles digest and absorb the soup to ensure the symmetry and perfection of the noodles.
