Accessories: onions?
Steps:
1. Last time I bought beef ribs, I learned from the scriptures that I could stew them. I was afraid that the stew was not good, so I stewed it and ate it with mature vinegar, steamed fish and lobster sauce. Press the bone button.
There is too much water, so pour these out when the soup is delicious. I think I will add some black pepper to make soup later, but there is no coriander.
3. Onions and oily tofu are ready.
Potatoes were made in advance, but I didn't make them. I cook them directly with stewed beef tendon and tofu until the juice is poured out.
5. Stir-fry onions in a high-temperature oil pan
6. Add the beef ribs, tofu and potatoes cooked above and stir fry to taste.
7. Season beef ribs with oyster sauce. Is it because I stewed it for a long time or added orange peel? Rotten and delicious.
