800g ham bone

Methods/ Steps
Mix the ham bone stock: clean the ham bone, put it inside the pot of cold water;
boil it over high heat, scoop off the floating foam, put in the green onion and ginger, and cook it over low heat for 1 hour and set aside.
Ladle out a big bowl of soup from 2 (half a small pot of soup), add some water if it is very oily.
Put in the soaked tamari and clams, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for about twenty minutes.
Cut the white radish into big chunks

Put in to cook and soften. Note: Here according to the actual situation whether to add salt, because the ham and clams have salt inside.
