Three flowers are the general name of three kinds of fish.

The three kinds of fish, namely, aojia flower, bream flower and crucian carp flower, are collectively called Sanhua. First, the squid

Second, bream fish

Medullaria, scientific name Changchun Medullaria. The main reason is that the fat of bream fish is in its muscle, and the fat content in muscle is as high as 13%, so the taste of bream fish is tender and delicious.

The bream should be a specialty of northeast China. Because of its small mouth, anglers usually use relatively small hooks when fishing bream, so as to improve the fishing rate.

Three, crucian carp flower fish

Most of the fish people eat on the table are also cultured crucian carp flowers. What a pity!

Five Luo, is a general term for five kinds of fish, big and small.

The five kinds of fish, Zheluo, Faroe, Yarrow, Tongluo and Huluo, are collectively called Wuluo. Zheluo is a large carnivorous fish in cold-water salmon and one of the rare cold-water fish species in the world. The meat is fine, and it can be used for stuffing jiaozi, stewed fish fillets, etc. Faroe, smaller than Jerome, but similar in habits, delicious meat is suitable for soup; Yaluo, Tongluo and Huluo are all small fish, the largest of which is more than a foot long. Second, Faroe

Faroe fish, also known as bream, bream and snakehead, are distributed in Songhua River, Heilongjiang River, Yangtze River, Pearl River, Qiantang River, Minjiang River and lakes such as Dongting Lake, Poyang Lake and liangzi lake.

Faroe fish belongs to the middle and lower layers, and can be caught with corn and earthworms. It is also one of the fish species I prefer to fish.

Faroe fish also has medicinal value. After being caught, gills are removed, scales are removed, internal organs are removed, or fried or braised.

Yarrow, Tongluo and Huluo are all small fish, and we usually put these three kinds of fish together.

Yarrow, also known as Huazi Fish, generally weighs 750g, while Damayarrow weighs1000g. Because of its fast reproduction and gregarious travel, it can only be caught in summer and autumn, so it is not suitable for being exported (perishable), but the price is not cheap, which is very popular among Chinese and foreign tourists.

Chinese roe fish is a pelagic fish, which requires high oxygen content in the water. It can be caught even in cold winter. Now some ice fishing grounds in the north also put this kind of fish for fishermen to fish.

Fourth, tongluo

Tongluo fish is mysterious, and this monkey doesn't know much about it. It is said that this kind of fish can only be eaten in Heilongjiang or Wusuli River. Because of its small output, it is not easy to form a fishing scale, so this kind of fish can only be eaten by fishermen.
