Guidelines for epidemic prevention of personnel in medium-risk areas
1. People in the middle-risk area should obey the unified arrangement of the community, achieve "people are not in the area, things go wrong", and cooperate with various prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection and health monitoring.
2. People in middle-risk areas should do daily health monitoring, and pay close attention to whether there are COVID-19-related symptoms, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, expectoration, sore throat, diarrhea, abnormal sense of smell, stuffy nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, etc. If there is any abnormality, report it immediately, and do not lie or conceal it.
3. In principle, people in the middle danger zone "don't go out unless necessary". If you need to go out, you should always wear a mask of KN95/N95 or above and do a good job of hand hygiene.
4. People in the middle risk area should keep a social distance of more than 1 meter with others when they are active in the middle risk area. It is strictly forbidden to gather people to play cards and other gathering activities in any place in the area.
5. When detecting nucleic acid, the personnel in the middle-risk area should obey the arrangement and take samples in time-sharing and segmentation. When waiting in line, always wear a KN95/N95 mask or above, and strictly keep the distance above 1 meter.
6. When receiving the courier, try not to take it indoors to unpack. Wear masks and gloves when unpacking, and carry out preventive disinfection on the external packaging. Discard the outer packaging in time after unpacking and do a good job of hand hygiene.
7. People in moderately dangerous areas should maintain good hygiene and health habits and avoid touching their noses, mouths and eyes with their hands; When sneezing or coughing, cover your mouth and nose with paper towels or elbow clothes. Mouth and nose secretions are wrapped in paper towels and discarded in the trash can.
8. Ventilate the room at least every morning and evening 1 time, with each time lasting at least 30 minutes.
9. The bedroom should be wet cleaned at least once a day, mainly to keep it clean and disinfect it when necessary.
10. During the period of personnel control in the area with moderate risk, the water seal of the toilet and shower floor drain should be replenished in time, and water should be injected more than twice a day, with each time not less than 350ml. If there is no water seal condition, it should be sealed after use, or sealed with silicone pad, adhesive tape and other materials.
1 1. When flushing the toilet, cover the toilet seat before flushing.
12. When using the range hood and exhaust fan during the control period, keep the windows open and naturally ventilate.
