p>Preparation method:
1. Soak the fish maw in warm water until soft, wash and cut into small pieces.
2. Wash the black-bone chicken and cut into pieces, drain and set aside.
3. Cut the conch slices into pieces, splash them into water, and wash the sea coconut.
4. Wash Adenophora, wolfberry and Polygonatum odorifera.
5. When making soup, I like to add a small piece of lean meat and a few shellfish, which is nutritious and fresh.
6. Place the ginger pineapple and all the above ingredients into a stew pot, add water and salt (you can also add salt when the soup is simmered and removed from the pot).
7. Put the stew pot into a large pot with an iron frame to isolate the water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
