Check the security. First of all, check that the sealing ring of the pot cover should be free from deformation and cracking. Insert the pot cover into the end of the pot body and rotate the handle of the pot cover clockwise to the positioning position. The lid of the pot should be sealed. Check that the installation of float valve, exhaust valve, anti-blocking cover and safety valve should be firm and reliable, and the metal outer surface should be bright and free from oxidation and corrosion.
Seven protection devices:
1. Safety device for opening and closing the pot cover: ensure that the pot cover and the pot body will not be pressed up if they are not properly connected, and the pot cover cannot be opened if there is air pressure in the pot;
2. Anti-blocking safety device: to prevent food from blocking the exhaust valve and ensure that the exhaust valve is unobstructed;
3. Pressure control safety device: when the set pressure is exceeded during use, the power supply can be automatically cut off;
4. Over-temperature safety device: when the temperature in the pot rises to the limit, the power supply will be automatically cut off and will not be automatically reset;
5. Pressure limiting safety device: when the internal temperature and pressure of the boiler fail and the maximum working pressure reaches the pressure limiting value, the pressure limiting device is started and the exhaust valve works;
6. Safety pressure relief device: When all the above devices fail and the air pressure in the pot reaches the limit, the pot liner automatically moves down away from the sealing ring, and the periphery of the pot cover automatically exhausts and releases pressure to prevent dangerous situations;
7. Temperature-limiting safety device: When air-burning occurs due to improper use or the pot exceeds the set temperature, the power supply will be automatically cut off and restarted after the temperature drops.
