Ficus pumila, Ficus of Moraceae, is an evergreen climbing shrub vine. Alias "Manglietia", "bean jelly fruit", "ghost steamed bread", "bean jelly" and "wooden steamed bread". With adventitious roots, it often clings to walls, rocks or tree cadres. Its mature hidden flowers and fruits are called "Zhaiba" in Dabie Mountain area. Because it can make bean jelly, it is commonly known as "bean jelly vine" in southern Anhui Mountain area. Distributed in East China, South China and Southwest China, south of the Yangtze River to Guangdong and Hainan provinces. Also found in Japan and India.
