Two ways to wash mussels quickly and cleanly
1. Method 1: If the mussels have shells, use a brush to brush them on the shell; if the vegetables are not shelled , put a handful of salt in the meat; then wash your hands frequently; a lot of slippery things can be washed away at once; then use the same clean water and you can wash it.
2. Method 2: Wash off the mud on the vegetables with clean water, use steel wool to brush off the hair and other things on the vegetables, and then soak them in clean water for a while. Pour cold water into the vegetables, add green onion slices and ginger slices, and cook over high heat. When you see that the shell of the vegetables is open, you can turn off the heat. Dip in a little ginger vinegar and it will wash clean in no time.
