Need to prepare first: pumpkin 200g, sugar10g, flour100g, white sesame, edible oil and other ingredients.
1. Take 200 grams of pumpkin and steam it in a pot for 20 minutes.
2. Mash the steamed pumpkin in a wall-breaking machine.
3. In another bowl, add 100g flour, pour a proper amount of pumpkin puree, and add 10g sugar.
4. Knead into dough, cut into 3 sections, press into cakes, brush a layer of pumpkin puree, and add appropriate amount of white sesame seeds.
