The appearance of almonds
The color of pure almond is natural, with rough skin and similar color to walnut shell. Generally speaking, brown almonds are processed. Almonds are milky white and covered with a reddish-brown skin. Don't eat yellow or gray almonds. Normal almond nuts may not be very pure, and there will be red spots. This is not broken, but it proves to be raw. Nuts are pure white, and those without impurities must be processed.

The general grades of almonds are divided into three categories: super grade, intermediate grade and general grade. The main basis for distinguishing grades is the degree of skin thickness. The thinner the skin, the higher the grade. Try to choose thin skin instead of big mouth when buying.
