(2) Turn on the air switch and pneumatic motor, and pay attention to the direction of the fan.

(3) Turn on the heating switch in turn (if the air switch is not turned on, the heating switch will not be turned on).

(4) Set the required temperature on the main thermostat of the industrial oven. If the internal temperature reaches the temperature set by the thermostat, it will automatically keep the temperature constant. The temperature setting of the super thermostat should be higher than that of the main thermostat (recommended value+10℃). Use of temperature controller: press the gender key to activate the adjustment menu, PV window: display the actual temperature in the furnace, SV window: display the set temperature, press the gender key to confirm; (For the specific operation of the thermostat, please refer to the thermostat manual).

(5) Timer usage: the units are s (seconds), m (minutes) and h (hours). When the main thermostat reaches the set temperature, the timer (the timer switch should be turned to the automatic state when heating) starts to automatically time, and will automatically give an alarm when the set time is reached. At this time, the buzzer will ring and the oven will stop heating; The timer (in the electric box) began to count down. When the countdown interval comes, the circulating fan stops running and the power supply is cut off.

(6) After the product is baked, open the door button to take the product out of the oven (please pay attention to high temperature burns).

Second, matters needing attention

1. The industrial oven is suitable for industrial baking and shall not be used for other unspecified purposes.

2. Don't put anything on the electric oven, and don't cover or block the vent of the electric oven.

3, open the power switch, air switch, motor running direction should be counterclockwise, if not, should be timely in power phase.

4. The wiring power supply is AV380V, 50HZ, three-phase five-wire system: three red wires in the wire are live wires, blue wires are zero wires, and striped yellow wires are ground wires.

5. Non-technical personnel, please do not change the parameters of temperature controller and timer. (4) Industrial ovens belong to general heating ovens, and it is forbidden to bake inflammable and explosive articles!
