Let the seller help me chop the old duck into pieces, wash it and blanch it with cold water, then wash it and drain it for later use.

Then open the fire and heat the pan, then add a little oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger slices to stir fry. When the fragrance comes out, pour the drained old duck in and stir fry.
