It is delicious with pancakes, shredded onion and sweet noodle sauce. Followed by Lanting Restaurant, an antique restaurant, hidden in the countryside at the foot of Mount Tai. The restaurant not only provides high-quality food, but also displays ancient culture. I suggest that you must try their scrambled eggs with plum, abalone and chrysanthemum. The abalone with plum blossoms is tender and delicious, and smells like tea. This is simply the best abalone I have ever tasted. Scrambled eggs with chrysanthemum morifolium is a traditional Huaiyang dish, which tastes fresh and refreshing and is very healthy.
