Method -
1. Soak Tremella fungus in clean water for 3-4 hours, or you can soak it longer if possible. Dried lilies are also soaked in water for 3-4 hours. All materials are ready.
2. Chop the white fungus into small pieces and it will become sticky when cooked. Pears are peeled and cut into cubes. Cut each water chestnut into four pieces.
3. Pour everything into the pressure cooker.
4. Add two bowls of water.
5. Put in the rice cooker. Press to the soup setting and keep pressure for 25 minutes. Once the pot is ready, unplug it and let it simmer inside, which not only continues to heat the pot, but also saves money. When you want to eat it, add rock sugar, plug in the electric cooker and cook until the rock sugar melts.
6. Just enough for two people.
