Ingredients: 200g noodles, 30g oysters, 10g chopped green onions, 5g salt, 5g chicken essence, 5g pepper, 10g rice vinegar.
Method:
1. Put the dry noodles into a pot of boiling water, cook over low heat until 7 minutes cooked and take out.
2. Heat up the wok, add chopped green onion, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Then turn to medium heat and stir-fry the oysters, add boiling water, add noodles, add salt, chicken essence and pepper, bring to a boil and adjust the taste, then simmer over low heat for a while.
3. When the noodles are out of the pot, pour a little rice vinegar on them.
