Ingredients: vermicelli, eggs, Chinese cabbage, tenderloin, soy sauce, carrots, onions, oyster sauce.
Practice: 1. First, soak the vermicelli in hot water until it becomes soft. Take out the soaked vermicelli and drain it.
2. Cut the cabbage into shreds, then cut the carrots and tenderloin into shreds. Put the tenderloin into a bowl, add proper amount of salt, cooking wine, pepper and cornflour, stir well, and let it stand and marinate for about 10 minute.
3. Beat the eggs into the bowl and break them for later use.
4. Add the right amount of oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the bowl. After the eggs are set, take them out for later use.
5. Continue to add shredded pork to the pot and stir fry. After the shredded pork changes color, add shredded carrot and shredded cabbage.
6. When the shredded cabbage becomes soft, add the drained vermicelli and continue to stir fry.

Hot and sour cabbage
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, carrot, bacon, dried pepper, onion and garlic.
Practice: 1. Tear the cabbage into small pieces, not too big, then put it in clear water, then take it out and drain it.
2. Add appropriate amount of sugar, mature vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt into the bowl and mix well for later use.
3. Add the right amount of oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the bacon and stir fry, then add the stirred sweet and sour juice and continue to stir fry.
4. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft, and serve immediately.
