Causes of dog diarrhea

Gastrointestinal viruses are most common in young children, but they can also affect dogs of any age. However, serious infections like parvovirus are life-threatening and should be treated according to the doctor's advice.

2. Bacteria
Dogs can infect bacteria by eating rotten plants or rotten, raw or undercooked meat. They may sometimes be infected by bacteria from infected dogs. 3. Parasites

If your dog's diarrhea is accompanied by cough, weight loss, vomiting and abdominal swelling, parasites may be the culprit. You can also see parasites around dog feces or anus. Tapeworms look like white rice grains. However, your veterinarian needs to analyze fresh stool samples to determine the parasites you are dealing with. Parasites are easy to treat. But regular deworming every month is enough.
