Wonton Noodles 1 lb, minced meat, two peppers, one Pleurotus eryngii and 50g Flammulina velutipes.

Appropriate amount of onion, ginger, pepper, three spoonfuls of soy sauce and cooking wine.
Steps:
Wonton Noodles steam for 20 minutes.
Marinate minced meat with cooking wine.
