Exercise 2
Ingredients: one egg, 200ML milk (either fresh milk or powdered milk), appropriate amount of water (if powdered milk is used, add water) and appropriate amount of sugar (according to personal taste).
Practice: First soak the milk powder with more than half a bowl of warm water (200ML) (fresh milk is not required to do this process), add the eggs, then add a proper amount of sugar, and stir until the eggs and milk are mixed together and the sugar dissolves. Steam the bowl in a steamer, then pour the milk into the bowl and steam for 10 minutes, then turn off the fire and take it out. It can be eaten after cooling.
