The steps of making sweet osmanthus honey skillfully

1.? Pick fresh osmanthus

2.? Remove the flower pedicels, and use a small sieve (or basket) to remove impurities.

3.? Rinse ~ gently and gently bleach for several times, then dry, and dry quickly in good weather. Some people don't wash, but they can, as long as you feel clean.

4.? Stir it gently with some fine salt, and the flowers will fade in a while.

5.? The water is oozing out. Squeeze out the water and prepare for bottling.

6.? A layer of osmanthus and a layer of honey, or a layer of osmanthus and a layer of sugar are bottled, preferably in a dry and tasteless glass bottle, which can be eaten in a week. Soak osmanthus tea, steam pumpkin, boil wine and sprinkle a pinch. It's beautiful!
