Sword beans: 50g, green onion, ginger and garlic: appropriate amount, millet pepper: appropriate amount, rock sugar: appropriate amount, white vinegar: 150ml.
1. Wash and drain the sword beans.
2. Cut the sword beans as thinly as possible.
3. Cut onions, ginger, garlic and millet pepper into cubes and set aside.
