Patients with urticaria need to avoid pickled products, tropical fruits, allergic foods and spicy foods in their diet.
1. Pickled products. Usually, pickled products are prone to produce salicylic acid due to the decomposition of bacteria and fungi, which leads to more obvious symptoms of urticaria allergic reaction. Therefore, patients with urticaria are not recommended to eat pickled products, such as pickles, salted pork and salted duck eggs.
2. Tropical fruits. Common durian, mango, pineapple, etc. These fruits contain many ingredients that may be allergic, such as protein and fruit acid. If patients with urticaria eat blindly, it may affect the recovery of their condition.
3. Allergic food. Such as fish, shrimp, seafood, etc. These products contain a lot of foreign proteins, which will indirectly activate immune cells in the body and produce chemical reactions, leading to more serious urticaria symptoms.
4. Spicy food. Such as onion, ginger and garlic. This kind of food may stimulate sebum secretion, leading to more obvious itching symptoms.
