Ingredients: abalone, ribs and potatoes.
Accessories: cooking wine, white rice vinegar, peanut oil, rock sugar, onion, ginger slices, star anise, garlic cloves and soy sauce.
1, ribs boiled in cold water, bleeding from small fire.
2, abalone shell, remove internal organs, clean, put a flower knife.
3. Add proper amount of peanut oil to the pot and stir-fry the rock sugar color on low heat.
4. Stir-fry shallots, ginger slices, star anise, garlic cloves and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
