1. Wash and set aside 400 grams of bean cake.
2. 1 green and red pepper each, and appropriate amount of leeks, cut into sections.
3. Heat the oil in the wok, add the green and red pepper segments and stir-fry.
4. Pour in the bean cake, add a small amount of salt and oyster sauce, and stir-fry.
5. Add a small amount of water to prevent the bean cake from sticking to the pan.
6. After the bean cakes are fried until soft, add the leek segments and stir-fry evenly.
7. Remove and serve on a plate.
