Korean cold noodles, also known as Korean cold noodles, is one of the traditional Korean cuisines. Ingredients: acorn flour (200g), pickles (80g), carrots (50g), cucumbers (50g) and eggs (2).
Seasoning: oil (a little), salt (proper amount), soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sugar (5 tablespoons), rice vinegar (4 tablespoons), pickle juice (3 tablespoons), beef powder (1 tablespoon), shredded ginger (3 grams), garlic (5 grams) and boiled water (proper amount).
Exercise:
1, peeled and washed eggs, and boiled in a small pot for 8 minutes to get warm-hearted eggs;
2. Wash cucumbers and carrots and shred pickles;
3. Take a large bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, pickle juice, beef powder, garlic, shredded ginger and cold boiled water, and seal and refrigerate for more than 1 hour;
4. Put a proper amount of water into the pot, and turn off the fire after the cold water of the acorn surface is boiled in the pot;
5. While cooking noodles, open another pot of boiling water and cook shredded carrots;

8. After the eggs are cooked, put them in cold water for refrigeration, peel them and cut them in half;
9. Finally, put the noodles into a large bowl, and then add shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, pickles and eggs in turn;

Tip:
