Sugar water decoction
Heat the pan and add the prepared sugar. Pour clean water, and use medium fire to make the sugar water ratio 2: 1. Stir while burning until the sugar is completely melted, and then stir after small bubbles appear, which is easy to cause sand.
Note that the sugar water changes from big bubbles to small bubbles, and the color turns pale yellow. From now on, keep stirring until the small bubbles start to thicken and the color will get darker. Finally, the color changed from dark yellow to light brown, and the small bubbles changed back to big bubbles. It's OK when it's brown. Quickly add the boiled water prepared in advance and stir.
