How to Make Salted Egg Yolk and Meat Loaf Green Dumplings
Steam the raw salted egg yolks and mash them.
Scramble the egg yolks in a pan with oil, pour in the meat floss and mix well.
In the pot, add glutinous rice flour, green juice, boiling water and vegetable oil and roll into long strips.
