How to cook eggplant:

Ingredients: 1 eggplant, 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper.

Accessories: 1 egg, appropriate amount of starch, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic, 30 grams of vegetable oil, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, 1 teaspoon of salt.

Steps:

1. Prepare the ingredients and clean them.

2. Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic, cut the eggplant, bell pepper, and tomatoes into pieces, and break the eggs. Pour the egg white on top of the eggplant pieces, add an appropriate amount of starch, and mix well.
