Sun-dried shredded radish

Method:
1. First prepare two white radishes and wash them , cut off the head and tail. Choose radishes with smooth skin and normal skin color, which are fresher.
2. Grate the radish into shreds, or cut it into thin slices first and then cut into shreds.
3. The shredded radish is very moist. Find a breathable frame and spread the shredded radish evenly. Place in the sun to dry.
4. When drying, remember to turn it up and down once. In winter weather like this, I dried my shredded radish for three days before drying it into dried shredded radish.
5. Sun-dried radish is thin and beautiful. Soak it in water before cooking. It is delicious when used to cook meat or noodles. Taking advantage of the fact that radish prices are cheap in winter, everyone should dry them a little and store them in sealed bags so they won’t go bad for a year.
