Steps
1. Wash the lettuce, and prepare the scallions, garlic and oyster sauce.
2. Mince the green onion and garlic and set aside.
3. Put water in the pot, add a little salt and oil when the water boils.
4. Put in the washed lettuce, the water boiled again, then pull out, drain.
5. Take a small bowl, pour oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, a little sugar and cornstarch water and mix well.
6. Heat oil in a wok to 70%, add chopped green onion and garlic.
7. Pour in the sauce, stir and simmer.
8. Pour onto the lettuce.
Tips
Lettuce can be eaten raw, so do not need to hot too long, the color turns green on it.
