Valentine's Day recommends making truffle chocolate with plate chocolate sold in the market. The materials are plate chocolate, whipped cream and cocoa powder, which can really enjoy the taste.
Add rum and dried fruit, and paint the surroundings with apricot kernels and cookies to enjoy the change.
Materials for handmade truffle chocolates (8 truffle chocolates):
2 chocolate bars: about 120g.
Cream: containing 36% milk fat about 60ml.
Cocoa powder: right amount
The method and sequence of truffle chocolate;
1: mashed chocolate.
Chop the chocolate.
2: Add whipped cream
Add boiling whipped cream and stir well.
At this stage, if the chocolate is not completely melted, put it in a 500w microwave oven and melt it every 10 second until it is completely dissolved.
3: Put it in a mold and cool it.
Spread the plastic wrap on the bottom of the container, then pour in the cooled chocolate, then cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
4. Separate molding
Divide into 8 equal parts. Wrapped in plastic wrap, it is easy to form without hands.
5: Sprinkle with cocoa powder
Put the molded chocolate into a box filled with cocoa powder and roll it so that all the chocolate is coated with cocoa powder.
Small point: first, mash the chocolate plate, and then stir it evenly and quickly when pouring the cream to melt the chocolate.
