Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, hedonism, chicken essence, ginger, garlic, onion, white sesame and oil.
Exercise:
1. Chop the chicken into small pieces, cut the red pepper, shred the ginger, cut the garlic, cut the chives, and saute the white sesame until fragrant.
2. Relax the chicken pieces in a bowl, mix well with salt, soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for 30 minutes (the longer the time, the better the taste).
3. Put oil in the pot and heat it to 70%. Add chicken pieces and cook until the surface is slightly yellow. Pick them up and let them cool for a while.
4. Burn the domestic oil to 80% heat again, fry the chicken pieces in the pot for 1 min, and take out the drained oil.

7. When the water is dry, add the onion, sprinkle with sesame oil and sprinkle with some fried white sesame seeds.
