Small stir-fried almond abalone mushroom
Materials:
300g of almond abalone mushroom, oil, salt, soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sugar, black pepper.
Method:
1. Clean and cut the mushrooms into 5-centimeter-long thin strips.
2. Finely chop the scallions and garlic.
3. Pour oil into the pot, when the oil is hot, put in the minced onion, minced garlic and burst incense.
4. Pour in the cut apricot mushrooms, stir fry.
5. Add one tablespoon of sugar, a little fine salt, stir fry evenly.
6. Pour in a tablespoon of fresh soy sauce and stir-fry the mushroom strips until soft.
7. Sprinkle in a pinch of black pepper and toss to coat.
Bacon stir-fried almond mushrooms
Materials:
Apricot mushrooms 250g, bacon 200g, 10g green onions, ginger 5g, garlic 5g, 2 tablespoons of yellow wine, 1 tsp of sugar, 2 tsp of soy sauce.
Method:
1. Wash the bacon with warm water and put it into the steamer for 20 minutes.
2. Slice the steamed bacon; wash and slice the mushrooms; slice the green onions, ginger and garlic.
3. Start a frying pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry to get the flavor.
4. Add the bacon and stir-fry briefly, then cook in the yellow wine.
5. Put in the apricot mushrooms, add soy sauce, sugar and appropriate amount of water, stir-fry over low heat for 2-3 minutes to remove from the pan
