Stewed mushrooms with chicken

Ingredients: chicken, dried mushrooms or mushrooms, vermicelli, salt, aniseed, pepper, soy sauce, onion and ginger.

Exercise:

1. Cut the chicken into pieces, put it into the Fuku rice cooker together with mushrooms and vermicelli, and add seasoning water (soy sauce, salt, aniseed, pepper and ginger).

2. Close the lid, press the menu button to select "Universal Stewing", and then press the pressure cooking button after setting the time.

Roasted pork belly with quail eggs

Ingredients: 350g pork belly and 300g quail eggs.

Seasoning: 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, salt 1 teaspoon, cooking wine 100g, onion 1 segment, 5 slices of ginger, 5 cloves of garlic, 5 slices of star anise, 0/0 slices of pepper/kloc, 2 slices of fragrant leaves, cinnamon 1 segment, and dried pepper.

Steps:

1. Wash pork belly and cut it into small pieces, onion, garlic and ginger for later use;

2. Blanch the pork belly and take it out.

3. Wash and cook quail eggs, and put them into the Fuku rice cooker.

4. Pour a small amount of oil into the Fuku rice cooker, first add seasoning and stir evenly;

5. Close the lid, press the menu button to select "Universal Stewing", and then press the pressure cooking button after setting the time.

Stewed pork ribs with potatoes

Ingredients: ribs, new potatoes,

Ingredients: ginger, garlic, star anise, yellow wine, white wine, pepper, seasoning: salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, rock sugar,

Steps:

1, scrape potatoes and mash ginger;

2. Wash and dry the ribs;

3. All potatoes are washed and dried;

4. Put the processed ribs and potatoes into the Fuku rice cooker;

5. Add seasoning and ingredients in turn and stir evenly to taste;

6, close the lid, menu button to choose universal stew, adjust the time, press the pressure cooking button.

(Note: The default time of the rice cooker is 20 minutes, which can be adjusted by itself)

Dried braised pork

Ingredients: pork belly, 5 pieces of pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, 1 piece of tree pepper (separated), 1 piece of angelica dahurica, 1 piece of aniseed, 2 pieces of ginger, salt and sugar.

Exercise:

1. Pour the meat into the pot, add the ingredients, stir well and color.

2. Close the lid, press the menu button to select "Universal Stewing", and then press the pressure cooking button after setting the time.

3. After opening the lid, stir in the pot for a few times to make the food in the pot even in color and taste.

Tomato beef brisket

Ingredients: 2 kg of beef brisket, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, sugar, aniseed, onion and ginger.

Exercise:

1. Put the chopped beef brisket into the Fuku rice cooker, add potatoes, carrots and ingredients without water, and stir well.

2. Close the lid, press the menu button to select "Universal Stew", set the time for 30 minutes, and press the pressure cooking button.

3. After the rice cooker is finished, open the lid and add ketchup to serve.
