How to make steamed potato cakes
Composition:
200g of potatoes, 0/50g of carrots/kloc-,2 shallots, 2 eggs and 0/50g of flour/kloc-. Seasoning: 2g sesame oil, 2g salt, 13 spices powder1g.
Common practices of steaming potato cakes:
1, peeled and minced potatoes, minced carrots and chopped shallots;
2. Add flour, eggs, sesame oil, salt and thirteen spices into the bowl and mix well. Then add potatoes, carrots and chopped green onion, mix well and knead into cakes;
3. Steam the cake in a cold water steamer for 10 minute;
