Cartoon simi cake
Ingredients: Thailand green sago 70g, coconut milk 370g, fish meal15g.
Accessories: 50g of sugar and 80g of water.
Exercise:
1. Boil the water in the pot, pour in Thai green sago, stir and disperse, turn to low heat, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
2. When cooking, stir from time to time to avoid the bottom of the pot. When sago is transparent and there are a few white spots left in the middle, turn off the fire, cover and stew for a few minutes until it is completely transparent.
3. Pour sago into the screen and cook it in cold water for several times until sago doesn't stick to your hands, and drain it for later use.
4. 15g rubber powder, add 80g water, stir evenly, and let stand for 10 minutes until it is completely dissolved.
5. Pour the coconut milk into the pot and have a big fire. Add green sago and sugar.
6. Add the dissolved gelatine powder
7. Stir well and turn off the fire after boiling.
8. Pour sago coconut milk into a silicone mold.
9. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to solidify and serve. If it is easy to demould, it needs to be refrigerated for more than 4 hours.
