Hydroxypropyldistarchphosphate is a food additive, which is white powder, odorless, tasteless and insoluble in water. Can be used as thickener.

Precautions:

FAO/WHO stipulates that it can be used alone or in combination with other thickeners. Used in mayonnaise, 5g/kg; Canned carrots (products containing cream or other oils), fermented and heated flavored yogurt and its products,10g/kg; Cold drink products, 30g/kg;; Canned sardines and sardine products, 20g/kg;; Canned mackerel and bamboo pod fish, 60g/kg (only used as filler); Quick-frozen fish sticks and pieces (only wrapped with bread flour and bread drag) are limited to GMP.
