Second, the preservation method of Toona sinensis buds:
1, blanching method
The nitrite content of fresh Toona sinensis buds just picked from the tree is not high, but once they leave the tree, the nitrite content will gradually increase. Nitrite is easily soluble in water, so no matter how you eat it, it is recommended to blanch Toona sinensis first, which can remove most nitrite and greatly improve the safety. Then the fried Toona sinensis scrambled eggs, mixed with tofu, and the fried Toona sinensis fish can be safely eaten. You can also blanch Toona sinensis and freeze it for a long time.
2. Cold storage method
Toona sinensis buds are washed, scalded in boiling water, dried and divided into small portions, wrapped in fresh-keeping paper for several layers, sealed in fresh-keeping bags, and then frozen in the refrigerator. This method can be preserved for several months.
3. Solidification method
Seal the fresh Toona sinensis buds just picked with plastic wrap, and then put them in the freezer of the refrigerator for freezing (please note that the freezer is not a fresh-keeping room). Don't worry about the Toona sinensis buds being frozen. When you are ready to eat, take them out of the refrigerator in advance and thaw them at room temperature.
4. Pickling method
Wash Toona sinensis, blanch it with boiling water, control moisture, sprinkle with salt, mix well, put it in a vessel, and put it in a refrigerator or a cool place. After blanching and pickling, the nitrate content can be greatly reduced. The safest way is to marinate the blanched Toona sinensis for a week, and then eat it after the nitrite content is reduced.
