(1) raw materials: 6 grams of Schisandra chinensis, 5 grams of Ligustrum lucidum, 5 grams of longan meat, 3 red dates, 0/00 gram of sea cucumber and pork lean meat, and 2 slices of ginger.
(2) Practice:
Step 1: soak and cleaning all that medicinal material, removing the core of the red dates, thoroughly soaking the sea cucumber with warm wat, and cutting into blocks;
Step 2: Wash the lean pork, cut it into pieces, put it in a stew with ginger, add cold boiled water 1000 ml, stew it for 3 hours, and season it to serve.
2. Function:
(1) on the central nervous system. Schisandra chinensis has obvious sedative effect. Schisandra chinensis extract and alcohol A can reduce the spontaneous activity of mice, prolong barbital sleep time, inhibit animal aggressive behavior, and resist electric shock and chemical convulsion, which are similar to antipsychotics. It also has analgesic effect and muscle relaxation effect.
(2) Liver protection. The ethanol extract of Schisandra chinensis and Schisandrin A, Schisandrin B, Schisandrin C, Alcohol A, Alcohol B, Ester A and Ester B have obvious protective effects on animal liver cell damage caused by chemical poisons, and can inhibit the release of transaminase and reduce the activity of ALT. It can obviously induce the activity of cytochrome P-450 in mouse and rat liver microsomes. Increase the detoxification ability of liver. Schisandra chinensis can also inhibit the carbon monoxide produced by CCl4 _ 4 metabolism and its consumption of NADPH during metabolism.
(3) The effect on cardiovascular system. Schisandra chinensis can dilate blood vessels. Schisandrin, Schisandrin C, deoxyschizandrin, etc. all inhibit the contraction of isolated mesenteric artery in dogs, and can increase the blood flow of isolated heart of pulse rats and coronary artery of anesthetized dogs. Feeding rabbits with Schisandra chinensis can regulate the energy metabolism of myocardial cells and cardiac and renal arterioles, increase the activity of myocardial metabolic enzymes, and improve the nutrition and function of myocardium.
(4) Anti-aging effect. Both schisandrin B and schisandrin have antioxidant effects, which can scavenge free radicals and inhibit the formation of lipid peroxide. Schisandra chinensis can reduce serum cholesterol and increase the content of protein in brain and liver, all of which indicate that it has anti-aging effect.
(5) Effects on respiratory system. Schisandra chinensis can "collect lung qi" and "relieve cough and asthma". Animal experiments show that Schisandra chinensis decoction and schisandrin can stimulate breathing. The acidic components of Schisandra chinensis can reduce neutral mucopolysaccharide and acidic mucopolysaccharide in trachea gland of mice, and have expectorant and antitussive effects. Schisandra chinensis can enhance the function of bronchial epithelial cells in mice with chronic bronchitis.
(6) Effects on metabolism and immune function. Schisandra chinensis can promote the synthesis of hepatic glycogen, strengthen glucose metabolism, and increase the synthesis of protein in hepatocytes. It can promote the DNA synthesis of lymphocytes, increase the production of lymphocytes and promote the immune function of spleen, while schisandrin can enhance the immunosuppression of adrenocortical hormone and resist the rejection of allogeneic tissue transplantation.
(7) Anti-ulcer effect. Schisandra chinensis can inhibit the occurrence of stress ulcer, reduce the ulcer index and inhibit the secretion of gastric juice by gavage in rats.
