Sauce: minced garlic, Chili powder/Chili powder, white sesame, hot oil. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, half a tbsp pepper oil, 1 tbsp peanut butter and appropriate amount of sugar and mix well.
Fat-reduced version: no peanut butter and sugar, less sesame seeds and less oil.
Preparation: jiaozi, chopped green onion and tomatoes.
Steps:
1. Stir-fry diced tomatoes with a little oil and take the juice.
2. Pour a proper amount of boiling water into jiaozi and stew for 8 minutes, leaving some juice.
