Material: 15g of red beans, 5g of rice cakes, 5g of sugar and a little salt
Practice:
1. Wash adzuki beans, put them in a pot, add water to cover them, and then cook them over medium heat. After boiling, pour the adzuki beans into the drain basin and pour out the water in the pot. This will remove the astringency.
2. Pour adzuki beans into the pot, add about 5 cups of water and cook over medium heat.
3. after boiling, turn off the small fire, cover the adzuki bean with tin foil, then cover the pot, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours on low fire until the adzuki bean is soft. When the adzuki bean overflows, continue to add water to boil.
4. After the adzuki bean is soft, cook until adzuki bean slightly overflows the soup, then add sugar and salt, and continue to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. After cutting the rice cake into proper size, dry fry it in a pan with low fire, and then put it into the bean paste soup in a bowl.
