Potato Salad Ingredients: 500g potatoes, 3 eggs, 50g bacon, 50g peas, 50g corn kernels, 30g carrots, 50g onions, 3 tablespoons of dressing, 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, moderate amount of crushed black pepper, moderate amount of salt Directions: 1) Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water, cool, peel and set aside; eggs are also boiled in boiling salted water, cooled and peeled
2) moderate amount of bacon Chopped, into the pan, over low heat, sautéed, add chopped onion moderate together, off the heat
3) peas, corn, carrots diced with boiling water over cooled, drained; poached egg whites chopped into mince.
4)Crush the yolks of the poached eggs in a sieve and set aside.5)Peel and grate the potatoes in a large bowl
6)Add all ingredients, 3 tablespoons of salad dressing, 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt, salt and cracked black pepper, and whisk well.
7)Place the potato salad in the middle of the square plate, and form it into a square.
8)Cover the plate with kitchen paper towels to keep the sides of the plate clean and clear.
9)Cover the plate with a plate around the mashed potatoes. Cover the plate around the mashed potatoes with kitchen paper towels to keep the edges of the plate tidy; sift the egg yolks again, directly onto the surface of the mashed potatoes, and spread them evenly.
9) Finally, cut the potato salad into serving sizes and garnish with mint or basil leaves.
