2. Put the tofu in a cool and ventilated place, change the water frequently every day, and add a little salt after changing the water. It can be stored for at least two days in summer and three or four days in winter.
3. Boil the salt water, and then you can soak the tofu after cooling. After soaking completely, it can be kept for about two days, preferably in the refrigerator. But remember, when cooking, you can add a little without salt.
4. When tofu is preserved, it can be fried or boiled, and it can also be preserved for a long time. When frying tofu, cut more oil and put it in a container. Don't touch it, or the effect will be bad. Boiled tofu with a little salt can be preserved for a long time with the same treatment.
