1. Wash duck gizzards, tear off fascia, and slice with oblique knife. Minced pepper, minced garlic and chopped green onion for use.
2. Ignition key: select the 5th gear from the ignition key of Vantage programmable cooker, heat the pan with oil, stir-fry the duck gizzards after the oil is heated, add cooking wine to remove fishy smell, and take out the pan after changing color.
3. Leave the bottom oil in the wok, select the third gear with the fire button, stir-fry the pepper in the middle fire, and stir-fry the Chili sauce.
4. Stir-fry the duck gizzard, add a spoonful of soy sauce, and add chopped Chili rings and minced garlic.
5. Stir well and collect the juice.
6. Pan and plate.
